Located just about 20 minutes from where we live is a new area in Nusajaya called Puteri Harbour Marina. (Nusajaya is being touted as "The World in One City" and is an incredibly impressive project going on over here. If you are interested check out: http://www.nusajayacity.com/). Puteri Harbour is a 688 acre waterfront development taking shape in South Johor at Sempitan Puteri (Puteri Narrows)--the narrow-most part of the strait of Johor. When completed it will include commercial, retail, hotels, resorts, residential, and of course, the Marina. The planned residential will include homes that are directly on the water and you can drive your boat up to your own private dock! The Marina has a restaurant, so we have gone there several times for lunch. The view is beautiful and will only improve as the development progresses. I have attached several pictures of the area. Our only fear is that we will be moved back to the States before this project is complete and we can FULLY enjoy it!
