The resort we live at has some young women working on it that I consider dear friends. They have worked VERY hard the past couple of years to assist me with house issues, bill paying and just basically EVERYTHING I haven't known how to handle. One of these lovely friends is Indian and got married last Saturday--and sweetie that she is---I was invited to attend! It was a traditional Indian wedding and I had SO much fun looking at the beautifully dressed women and watching the rituals. The wedding hall was packed and there was a delicious Indian meal served at the end.
To make it even MORE special, we had a "multi-cultural" group in our car: A Chinese woman drove me and we also had a British woman, a South African woman and a friend from Switzerland with us!! A very special afternoon:-)
